CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 13, <br />2010, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Members Absent. Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurds Ulrich <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />League Attorney Peter Michael <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 9:16 p.m. <br />2. CITIZENS INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved, as submitted. <br />4. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />4.01 Consider Bid Protest relating to the East Meandering Park Project — Portions of <br />this discussion may be closed to the public. <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that this meeting could move into closed session to consider a bid <br />protest with threatened litigation relating to the East Meandering Park Project. <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to move to closed <br />session. <br />Special City Council Meeting / April 13, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
