The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 16, <br />2010, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />CITIZENS INPUT <br />There was no citizen input. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move to approve the <br />agenda. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Wise, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />and McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Darren Lazan, Landform <br />4.01: Consider Prioritization of Property Acquisition Relating to the Highway 10 <br />Corridor Ralf Program <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Look stated the EDA had discussed this and nobody'on the EDA was opposed. <br />He believed the EDA requested this be forwarded to Council and if there was money in the <br />Special City Council Meeting / February 16, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
