Heidi Nelson <br />Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />City Attorney William K Goodrich <br />Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the special City Council meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Look and seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey to approve the agenda <br />as presented, except to move Case 4.05 up to the second spot for discussion. <br />Motion carried. , All in favor. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />4.01 Consider Adoption of Sale Ordinance for City -Owned Property <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that in February 2006, the City Council approved a purchase <br />agreement with Rivers Bend Holdings, LLC for the sale of the property down off 142 " & <br />Highway #47.
