CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 8:35 p.m. <br /> 2. CITIZENS INPUT <br /> None. <br /> 3. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> The agenda was approved, as submitted. <br /> 4. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 4.01: Adopt Resolution Approving Purchase and Development Agreements — The <br /> Residence at The COR <br /> Development Manager Lazan reviewed the staff report and funding of the project. <br /> Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution #11- 09 -177A <br /> approving the amended and restated purchase agreement and direct counsel to prepare final <br /> documents for execution incorporating changes discussed, and deliver to the buyer. <br /> Special City Council Meeting / September 27, 2011 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
