Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Human Resources Representative Colleen Lasher <br />Senior Planner Tim Gladhill <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Development Manager Lazan <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:51 p.m. <br />Mayor Ramsey announced that a Special City Council meeting will be held on Friday, March 23, <br />2012, at 8:30 p.m. to consider introduction of an Ordinance Authorizing the City of Ramsey to <br />Convey its Interest in a Property (Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center Fifth Addition). <br />Councilmember Strommen indicated she would be unable to attend this meeting. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Continued Discussion of 2013 Budget <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed that staff reductions had been previously presented and <br />indicated these reductions are sustainable in the near term to free up additional capital for the <br />road improvement project effort. He requested Council direction on whether it supported: the <br />reductions as proposed, changes, further reductions, target for the road program, establishing a <br />City Council Work Session / March 20, 2012 <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
