CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Backous, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Backous, Elvig, McGlone, <br />Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />4.
