ORDINANCE #03-46 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />That 10.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of SUNFISH <br />LA KE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the south line of <br />Lot 4 and southerly of the northerly line of Lot 1 all in Block 1 and which lies easterly of <br />the westerly line of said Lot 4 and its southerly extension. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
