<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-01-014 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />TH <br />ALPACA ESTATES 4 ADDITION ON TRACT A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. <br />254. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on March 12, 2007, the City entered into a Development Agreement for <br />TH <br />required improvements and obligations for ALPACA ESTATES 4 ADDITION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> all required improvements and obligations of said Agreement have been <br />satisfied. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants the release of the Development Agreement <br />TH <br />for ALPACA ESTATES 4 ADDITION to TRACT A, REGISTERED LAND <br />SURVEY NO. 254. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
