<br />Councilmember Backous introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-02-037 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />th <br />BROOKFIELD 4 ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Capstone Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for <br />major plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />RD <br /> Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3 ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary <br />plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Brookfield 4 Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on November 4, 2013, the Developer submitted an application for final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on December 10, 2013, the City Council approved the final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Developer has requested an amendment to the approved Development <br />Agreement to assign the Agreement to Brookfield Land, LLC and revised the amount of the required <br />financial surety related to required Stage I Improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves a revised Development Agreement for <br />th <br />Brookfield 4 Addition to assign the Agreement to Brookfield Land, LLC and revised the amount of <br />the required financial surety related to required Stage I Improvements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
