HRA Commissioner Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION HRA #14-07-145 RESOLUTION AUTHORZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE RAMSEY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO PSD, LLC WHEREAS, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority, herein referred to as the “Ramsey HRA”, owns various parcels throughout the City of Ramsey WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA of the City of Ramsey is authorized to approve the sale of said parcels WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA has received and entered into a formal purchase agreement for the sale of said parcels as legally described as follows to PSD, LLC: th OUTLOTS A and B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11 ADDITION (CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 13.04 ACRES) And TH LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11 ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, EXCEPT THAT PART WHICH LIES SOUTHERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 1; THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF NORTH ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1 FOR 186.92 FEET TO THE ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LINE TO BE DESCRIBED; THENCE ON A BEARING WEST FOR 692.28 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 1 AND THERE TERMINATING (CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .93 ACRES) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY HRA OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey HRA hereby approves the sale of the aforementioned real property to PSD, LLC for a total of $1,897,089.60.
