Raudio <br />David Schulte <br /> <br />The Board of Directors voted to appoint Arthur K. Raudio, Norman Holm, <br />& Clayton Berg to be members of the Ramsey Economic Development <br />Corporation <br /> <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 1989 <br /> <br />President: <br />Vice-President: <br />Secretary: <br />Treasurer: <br /> <br />Jack Ippel <br />Clayton Berg <br />Stephen DeLuca <br />(tabled till next regular meeting) <br /> <br />RECEIVE REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />The board reviewed the memorandum letter from the city attorney dated <br />March 14, 1989. and requested that the question of the R.E.D.CO. being a <br />"Development Corporation" or not be resolved. Also to see if the <br />corporation's charter can be amended to be "Non Profit". <br /> <br />DISCUSS PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR 1989 <br /> <br />Research City's commitment to economic development and contact an <br />accountant as to tax exempt status.
