CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, <br />May 10, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman <br />Mr. John Lichter <br />Mr. Dick Sieber <br />Mr. Tom Gamec <br />Mr. Stan Data <br />Mr. Tom Greenberg (arrived at 8:41 p.m.) <br />Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper (arrived at 8:55 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Curt Titterud <br />Mr. Roger Buchanan <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman called the regular meeting to order at 8:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CHARTER COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />1) Motion by Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Lichter to <br /> approve regular Charter Commission meeting minutes dated March 8, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Lichter, <br />Sieber, Gamec, Data, Greenberg and Bauerkemper. Voting No: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Titterud and Buchanan. <br /> <br />2) Formal approval of the regular Charter Commission meeting minutes dated <br /> March 22, 1984 is not required. <br /> <br />3) Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Sieber to <br /> approve regular Charter Commission meeting minutes dated April 12, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Lichter, <br />Sieber, Gamec, Data, Greenberg and Bauerkemper.
