PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Wednesday, July 13, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to continue business from the July 7, 1988 <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special Commission meeting to order at 7:36 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF A.~ENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br /> Case #20: Request For Sketch Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Art Raudio <br />Further, that Case #20 will be addressed prior to Case #19. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen, Howell, LaDue and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Holm. <br /> <br />~OMMI$SION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #8: Consider Amendment To Section 170.0112 Of The Ramsey City <br /> Code Regarding DeveloPment Standards In The Critical River <br /> Overlay District: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the proposed amendment decreases area standards for <br />river lots in the Critical River area which have sanitary sewer and water <br />service available to them.
