Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-12-295 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2016 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2016 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: GENERAL FUND Revenues: Property Taxes $ 8,292,716 Licenses and Permits 447,100 Intergovernmental Revenues 434,555 Charges for Services 611,700 Fines and Forfeitures 71,000 Other Revenues - Interest Earnings 160,000 Miscellaneous 15,800 Other Financing Sources 892,256 Total Revenues $ 10,925,127 Operating and Capital Expenditures: General Government $ 2,906,498 Public Safety 4,565,625 Public Works 2,259,358 Parks and Recreation 1,043,452 Contingency 27,025 Other Financing Uses 123,169 Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $10,925,127 2) That the City Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 28, 2015. 3) That all contractual agreements contained within the 2016 General Fund Budget will be considered ratified. 4) That all itemized capital equipment purchases contained within the 2016 General Fund Budget will be considered ratified.
