PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meetirgof the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, February <br />24, 1981, at t~a Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimarm <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilwoman VanWagner <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />Press Representative Sandin <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and led in the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sharp, 2308 Vincent Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, <br />55411, came before the council to inquire about the possibility of having a <br />custom knife-making business run out of a home in the City of Ramsey. IV[r. <br />Sharp stated he was looking at a property on the corner of Highway 47 and <br />63. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated he would need to have a public hearing for a home <br />occupation permit and asked the council for their opinion. The council <br />discussed and agreed they would need more details and would place it on <br />the agenda for the February 24, 1981 meeting under New Business %o discuss <br />further with the Sharps. <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> ~A~UTES FOR APPROVAL <br /> ~// ~ - Regular Council meeti.ngof February 10, 1981 (Enc.
