PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RA~{SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, <br />December 22, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mombers Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Reimann <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Building Official Berg <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />Reporter Eric Sandin <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order at <br />7:35 P.M. by Mayor Gamec. Councilmember Van Wagner led in the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec wishes all present a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. <br /> <br />Nell Waltz - 5511 164th Lane N.W. - Presented a petition to the Council <br />opposing Karol Andreason's conditional use permit to operate a pizza <br />and concession trailer for a six month period at her residence. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to approve the agenda. Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated <br />that in regards to Case #2 under New Business, ~@. Oren Lemke could not <br />be present and would like his case deferred until a later date. Mr. Cox <br />would like this case left on the agenda for his own comments. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox <br />to approve public hearing minutes regarding Industrial Revenue Bond; <br />case of Y.R. Sharp, Inc. dated October 27, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox, Re~mnn and Van Wagner.
