PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANORA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Cc~mission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, April 7, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., P~msey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Adeline and Bill Karst - Requested a subdivision of their property. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson explained the normal process for subdivision approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman advised Adeline and Bill Karst to contact City Staff <br />regarding the correct procedure for being placed on the agenda and that <br />they hire a surveyor to draft their subdivision. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />the agenda, stipulating that no new business will be considered after 11:00 <br />p.m. and with the following additions/amendments: <br /> <br />Add Case %13: Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of MSo <br /> Kellie Ann Walker <br /> <br />Add Case %14: Request For Sketch Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Mel Boser <br /> <br />Case %9 will be addressed following Case %3. <br /> <br />Case %4 will be tabled until the joint meeting with City Council on <br />April 14. <br /> <br />pUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning/Aril 7, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
