PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />i~3BLI C HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~he Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />January 15, 1985 at the iRamsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding River's Bend Properties request for preliminary <br />plat approval for property in southeast corner of the City. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zin~merman <br />Dr. D~ane Kennen <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Lee Johnson <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Foster was present and stated that the subject property consists of 5 <br />acres lying south of the proposed Rum River Bridge Crossing and east of Hwy. <br />47.
