Kathy Schne~de~ Pointed out that due to the fact the land <br />h~d been reduced ~)own to 4.35.~ acres~ the Park Commission should have an <br />opDortu~Jty to reewamine tie bffer. Kathy Schneider explained to <br />Skiem that in other cases ,h~2 the land did not meet the ordinance re- <br />quirements~ developers off~r~ cash along with the land to make up the <br />difference. Mr. Skiem did no'~ seem %o feel this should_ be necesssrv~ but <br />it wa~ agreed by the Co~mz~si~n members that a~ a~reement on this s?,ould <br /> <br /> <br />
