The road is not in good repair but it is <br />more than s~x years o18. The petition will be turned over to the <br />Town Board for their action. <br /> <br /> Mr° 'Dick Hartle appeared before the board with a plat for <br />review° The plat .is in the north ~ of Section 1. He was advised <br />to realign some roads ss bheroe are four culdesacs in the plat. <br /> <br /> Delu~ Welcom~ appea~ed before the committee in regard to <br />erecting a Wisconsin Hem~ Inc., modular type, on their property <br />by St. Anthony Gtm Clu~~.. He was advised to supply the Building <br />Inspector with additior.~al information on the construction of the <br />home. <br /> <br /> Mr. ! eltzer appea~ ed before the committee in regard to <br />splitting a three acre tr~act 59~' x ~30' into 2 lots ~9~'x 16~'o <br />The tract of land is i~ the east end of the Menkveld Addition.~ It <br />was not accepted as pr~sentedo <br /> <br /> Mr° Ralph Dickenson appeared before the committee in regard <br />to a gas station and small store on Highway #lO. The building <br />would be an A frame chalet type. He was advised to get specifi- <br />cations from the state as to the requiremen-ts. He and t~r. Pittman <br />will work together on 'i~he details. <br /> <br /> A motion was made b.y Roland Sk~.pton that a special meeting <br />be held next Monday to review the building code and make recom- <br />mendations to the Town Board.
