NOTICE FOR <br /> <br /> OUTDOOR WARNING SIRENS <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> The City of Ramsey will accept sealed <br /> bids for six (0) outdoor warning sirens <br /> and the relocation of one (1) existing <br /> siren until May 7, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. at <br /> the Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen <br /> Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, <br /> 55303. All bids must meet the minimum <br /> requirements of the specifications. <br /> Failure to comply with this section can <br /> result in disqualification of the bid. <br /> Each bid shall be accompanied by a <br /> Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Cash, or <br /> Bid Bond and made payable without con- <br /> ditions to tile City of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br /> in an amount of not less than five percent <br /> (5%) of the bid, which check, cash, or <br /> bond shall be forfeited if bidder neglects <br /> or refuses to enter into contract, after the <br /> bid has been accepted. <br /> Tile City of Ramsey reserves the right <br /> to accept tile bid which is determined to <br /> be in the best interest of the City.
