NOTICE FOR OUTDOOR WARNING SIRENS CITY OF RAMSEY The City of Ramsey will accept sealed bids for six (0) outdoor warning sirens and the relocation of one (1) existing siren until May 7, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. at the Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. All bids must meet the minimum requirements of the specifications. Failure to comply with this section can result in disqualification of the bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Cash, or Bid Bond and made payable without con- ditions to tile City of Ramsey, Minnesota, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, which check, cash, or bond shall be forfeited if bidder neglects or refuses to enter into contract, after the bid has been accepted. Tile City of Ramsey reserves the right to accept tile bid which is determined to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formalities or tech- nicalities in any bid received without 'explanation. The City Council also reserves the 'right Io consider such factors as time of delivery or performance, experience, responsibility of tile bidder, past perform- ance of sin]ilar types of items or materials, availability of products or other similar factors that it may determine to be in the best interests of tile City. Copies of the specifications and gen- eral conditions may be examined in tile Administrative Otfices of City Hall or may be obtained by calling City Hall at 763- 427-1410. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and plainly marked on the out- side with Outdoor Warning Siren Bid.
