CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, <br /> at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Acting Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Jill Johns <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Melody Shryock <br /> Councilmember Kristine Williams <br /> Members Absent: Mayor Sarah Strommen <br /> Planning Commission <br /> Members Present: Chairperson Randy Bauer <br /> Commissioner Bruce Anderson <br /> Commissioner Cheri Gengler <br /> Commissioner Cindy Nosan <br /> Commissioner Patrick Surma <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br /> Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> Asst. City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:39 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Review Planning Commission Recommendation for The COR Interim Development <br /> Plan <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report, noting the purpose of this <br /> case is to receive a final recommended policy framework for a document to be known as The <br /> COR Interim Development Plan, which will put into motion a more formal amendment to the <br /> Master Plan. He stated the Interim Development Plan will become the new format of the Master <br /> Plan, and outlined changes on the eastern half of the site that will introduce more medium <br /> density such as villas. He said the Interim Development Plan was intended to be flexible to <br /> recognize a vision instead of an exact site plan and contained sub quadrants with retail on one <br /> City Council Work Session/April 25, 2017 <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br />
