BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />August 30, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Boehland's request for a <br />variance to construct an in-ground swimming pool which will be located <br />nearer the front lot line than the principal structure. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the Board of Adjustment public hearing to order at <br />7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CIT%ZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Boehland was present. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway noted receipt of letters from Mr. and Mrs. James Weber and <br />Mr. and Mrs. Gary Kreyer stating no objection to Mr. Boehland's request. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Terry and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
