401518 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-06-135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Purkis (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from Section <br />9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory struct~.rre nearer the front prope~rty <br />line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 9061 159~ Lane and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Itasca Point Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 6, 2002, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0617 a variance to place a 864 square foot accessory <br />structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is <br />hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure placed on the Subject Property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 126 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br /> the accessory structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
