Counci Imember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-12-365 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT NO 3 TO BAUERLY BROS. INC FOR 2004 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - DIVISION B WHEREAS, on May 11, 2004, the Ramsey City Council authorized plans and speci i'ications and advertisement for bids on2004 Street Maintenance Program - Division B, and WHEREAS, on June 8, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-06-147 awarding the bid for 2004 Pavement Maintenance Program - Division B to Bauerly Brothers in thc amount oF$54,179.03, and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and rccon~mends partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $54,179.03. WHEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed and rcconmqends final payment no 2 to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $5,489.29. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) TBat the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for Improvement Project 2004 Street Maintenance Program - Division B in the amount of $5,489.29. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) TBat the total mnount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of Dills For the date of December 14, 2004. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
