Councilmember Cook introduced the following :resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1t04-11-358 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ROWE ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rowe Properties, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the north line thereof, distant 195.75 feet easterly of the <br />northwest comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 <br />degrees 27 minutes 56 seconds East, assumed bearing, along said north line, a distance of <br />100.02 feet; thence South 01 degree 47 minutes 38 seconds West a distance of 427.39 <br />feet; thence South 40 degrees 18 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 42.25 feet; thence <br />South 82 degrees 24 minutes 16 .seconds East a distance of 76.65 feet; thence South 05 <br />degrees 16 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 208.62 feet; thence North 89 degrees <br />27 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 314.09 feet to the east line of the west 66.00 <br />feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 01 degree 08 <br />minutes 50 seconds East, along said east line, a distance of 219.11 feet; thence South 89 <br />degrees 27 minutes 56 seconds East, a distance of 124.58 feet to a line which bears South <br />01 degree 47 minutes 38 seconds WeSt from the point of beginning; thence North 01 <br />degree 47 minutes 38 seconds East a distance 0f 457.60 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block I, Rowe Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the City received application and sketch plan <br />fi'om John Rowe for Rowe Addition, a minor subdivision, and a variance to the minimum lot <br />width or street frontage requirement in the iR-1 Residential Rural Developing District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment met on October 7, 2004, and approved <br />the request for variance to minimum lot width or street frontage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on October 7, 2004, and approved <br />the sketch plan of Rowe Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat and required application on <br />November 3, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
