Dunn Construction <br /> The HRA moved into closed session at 8:53 p.m. <br /> Discussion ensued re the terms and length of the lease. City Administrator Ulrich stated he would <br /> contact Anoka County and get back to the HRA. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Wise, seconded by Commissioner Ramsey, to adjourn the closed <br /> session. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, and Commissioners Elvig, Look, McGlone, <br /> Ramsey, Wise and Jeffrey.
