								    Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: 
<br />RESOLUTION #19-128 
<br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SPECIAL GENERAL 
<br />ELECTION ON AUGUST 13, 2019 
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey will be conducting a Special General Election on 
<br />Tuesday, August 13, 2019; and 
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 20413.21, election judges for 
<br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and 
<br />WHEREAS, the hourly rate of pay will be $10.00 for election judge trainees, $10.00 for 
<br />regular election judges and $11.00 for chairs. 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 
<br />1) That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Special 
<br />General Election to be held on August 13, 2019:
