CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at <br /> the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau (arrived at 5:45 p.m.) <br /> Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Also Present: Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br /> Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> City Planner Chloe McGuire Brigl <br /> Economic Development Manager Sean Sullivan <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Mayor Riley called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:33 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Receive Update on 15415 St Francis Blvd NW Code Enforcement Case. (Case of <br /> Ken's Repair and Sales) <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma referenced the statement that the owner was not willing to allow soil <br /> testing and stated that perhaps equipment is required to be removed if soil testing is not allowed. <br /> He stated that he would be willing to allow the trailers behind the barn. He asked for input on <br /> the camper and whether that would be allowed to stay. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill stated that in order to allow the camper to remain, <br /> that would require an ordinance change related to accessory dwelling units. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma asked if a variance could be issued. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill noted that would not be applicable.
