HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CLOSED PORTION) <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Housing and redevelopment Authority conducted a Closed Session meeting on Tuesday, June <br /> 12, 2012, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Chairperson Colin McGlone <br /> Commissioner Randy Backous <br /> Commissioner Bob Ramsey <br /> Commissioner Sarah Strommen <br /> Commissioner Jeffrey Wise <br /> Members Absent: Commissioner David Elvig <br /> Commissioner Jason Tossey <br /> Also Present: HRA Executive Director Kurtis Ulrich <br /> City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> Development Manager Darren Lazan <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Chairperson McGlone called the Closed Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority to order at 10:01 p.m. <br /> CLOSED PORTION: <br /> 2.01: Consider Offer to Purchase Land—North Commons (closed to the public) <br /> The discussion related to an offer to purchase a single-family HRA-owned lot described as being <br /> in the northwest quadrant of Zeolite and Bunker Lake Boulevard. The closed session will be tape <br /> recorded and that tape will be maintained for a period of eight years. <br /> The consensus of the HRA was to approve the structure of the Purchase Agreement authorize staff <br /> to execute Purchase Agreement and related documents. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by commissioner Backous, to adjourn the Closed <br /> Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The closed session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 10:17 p.m. <br /> HRA—June 12,2012 —Closed Portion <br /> 2 pages <br />
