HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CLOSED PORTION) <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Housing and Redevelopment Authority conducted a Closed Session meeting on Tuesday, <br /> January 8,2013,at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW,Ramsey,Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Chairperson Randy Backous <br /> Commissioner David Elvig <br /> Commissioner Mark Kuzma <br /> Commissioner John LeTourneau <br /> Commission Chris Riley <br /> Commissioner Sarah Strommen <br /> Commissioner Jason Tossey <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: HRA Executive Director Kurtis Ulrich <br /> City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> Development Manager Darren Lazan <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Chairperson Backous called the Closed Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority to order at 9:39 p.m. <br /> City Attorney Goodrich advised that under Minnesota Statutes, the meeting can move into closed <br /> session to discuss confidential or nonpublic appraisal data and sale negotiations. He indicated <br /> closed session discussion will relate to property sale of Lot 3, Block 1, COR TWO for future <br /> development and acquisition of 14590 Armstrong Boulevard NW, (Wiser Choice Liquor Store) <br /> from M&W Holding Company, LLC for right-of-way purposes and future development.
