• Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -03 -060 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER BRIAN SWANSON WHEREAS, Brian Swanson began employment at the City of Ramsey on May 10, 1999, as Public Works Maintenance Worker; and WHEREAS, Mr. Swanson's supervisors have provided a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Brian Swanson, and recommended retaining Mr. Swanson at the City of Ramsey as a regular, full -time employee, effective March 15, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 14, 2000 meeting, agreed with the recommendation to retain Brian Swanson as a regular, full -time employee, effective March 15, 2000. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Brian Swanson and change his status to a regular, full -time employee, effective March 15, 2000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Anderson Councilmember Connolly Councilmember Hendriksen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
