Co u nciltn ember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-093 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-22, RTC Phase II <br />Segment I Street, Sewer and Water <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of Zeolite Street, Civic Center Drive and Sapphire Street <br />are inlcgral parts of the improvements associated with Ramsey Town center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this project has been specified to be funded from the City Municipal bond <br />funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for Improvement Project #05-22 have been <br />prepared by Pete Raatikka, Hakanson Anderson. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMS EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Thc plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br />and; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councihnember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Cmmcilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />]]oDe <br /> <br />and lhc following abstained: <br /> <br />llOYIC <br /> <br />and thc £ollowing were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-093 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
