Record ID 1532636 <br /> <br />1973666,027 <br /> <br /> o~.- :~.k. :k~'. ~---C~oo/~.~ <br />£ ouncilmcmber Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 04-09-273 <br /> <br />A i{ESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />ERIC THOMSEN TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWED FOR <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURES BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0698 AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eric Thomsen (Permittee) has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />cxcecd the maximum square footage allowed for accessory buildings for properties that are 10.6 <br />acres or greater in size as established in section 9.11.02 (Accessory Uses) of City Code on the <br />property generally known as 6210 Green Valley Road NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />1'he Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range <br />2.5: Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of Anoka County Road No. 63 <br /> <br />(S ubj ect Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 2, 2004, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0698, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the maximum <br />allowable square footage for accessory building space on properties 10.6 acres or greater in size <br />is hereby granted to Eric Thomsen, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee". <br /> <br />That thc overall square footage for accessory buildings may exceed the 5,664 square foot <br />accessory building size restriction for properties 10.6 acres or greater in size by a total of 5,546 <br />square ['ect in order to accommodate inside storage of machinery, grain, and hay. <br /> <br />3. That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with all <br /> applic~ble International Building Codes. <br /> <br />'[he l'crmittee herein agrees that no business use will be operated in the detached accessory <br />building unless such use is permitted in accordance with the City Code. <br /> <br />5. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br /> <br />6. That thc Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> ii, is Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
