<br />Commissioner Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-02-035 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO SHORELAND <br />OVERLAY IMPERVIOUS REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE PLAT OF REGENCY <br />COMMONS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />National Self Storage, LLC, (Permittee), has properly applied for a variance <br />WHEREAS, <br />from the maximum impervious percentage totals allowed in Section 117-225 Subd. (g)(4) b. 1. on <br />portions of the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting and recording: <br />Lot 1, Regency Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />the Planning Commission met on February 2, 2017, conducted the public <br />WHEREAS, <br />hearing and adopted Findings of Fact #0978 relating to the request for a variance from the <br />maximum impervious total allowed on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY PLANNING <br />as follows <br />COMMISSION, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br /> <br />1.Based on Findings of Fact #0978, a variance to the 25% maximum impervious total, as <br />established in Section 117-225, Subd. (g)(4) b. of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby <br />1. <br />granted for the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />2.The variance allows for an impervious total of 54.7% on Lot 1 of Regency Commons. <br /> <br /> <br />3.No construction of any building shall commence without the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />4.The shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and <br />Permittee City <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />5.This variance shall automatically become null and void if it is not initiated within twelve <br />(12) months of the date of approval, unless an extension is granted at the written request of <br />the Approval of the plat of Regency Commons shall be considered as initiation <br />Permittee. <br />of the variance. <br /> <br />
