Commissioner Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #17-02-035 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO SHORELAND OVERLAY IMPERVIOUS REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE PLAT OF REGENCY COMMONS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. National Self Storage, LLC, (Permittee), has properly applied for a variance WHEREAS, from the maximum impervious percentage totals allowed in Section 117-225 Subd. (g)(4) b. 1. on portions of the property legally described as follows: Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota Or upon platting and recording: Lot 1, Regency Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and the Planning Commission met on February 2, 2017, conducted the public WHEREAS, hearing and adopted Findings of Fact #0978 relating to the request for a variance from the maximum impervious total allowed on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY PLANNING as follows COMMISSION, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, 1.Based on Findings of Fact #0978, a variance to the 25% maximum impervious total, as established in Section 117-225, Subd.
