Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is <br />not practical and prudent for all members of this board to attend in person. Current Minnesota law requires certain <br />social distancing standards that impacts the capacity of the Council Chambers. For these reasons, it is not practical <br />and prudent to have this meeting exclusively in person.
