FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Thc Ramscy Fire Department conducted the monthly officers meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2000, <br />at thc Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />OFFICERS PRESENT: Chief Kapler <br /> Assistant Chief Hoxter <br /> Officer Sharp <br /> Officer McLaughlin <br /> Officer Weiss <br /> <br />CAi,l, TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chief Kaplcr called the officers meeting of the Ramsey Fire Department to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />Added to the agenda was discussion of the Lion's Picnic held June 3, 2000. <br /> <br />Thc ncx! officer's meeting is scheduled for Sunday, July 9, 2000 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Duty officers for June are Officer Sharp and Officer McLaughlin. <br /> <br />SAFETY CONCERNS <br /> <br />· With road closures throughout the city, MnDOT will call 2800 by noon the day before the <br /> road closes. <br /> <br />· Road closure updates will be kept on the board. <br /> <br />ENGINE #2 UPDATE <br /> <br />· Most of the equipment is ordered and has been delivered. <br /> <br />· The dry chemical and water extinguishers need to be installed. <br /> <br />· A stet× adapter will be used with the strainer with mounting on the front bumper. <br /> <br />· Shelves need to be built in the cab and the glove-box mounted. <br /> <br />STATION #2 UPDATE <br /> <br />· Backfill has been done. <br /> <br />· Thc block walls will go up this week with the brick to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />
