CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:22 p.m. <br /> <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />2.01: Discussion Regarding the Process to fill the Pending City Administrator Vacancy <br /> <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher presented the proposal to fill the pending City <br />Administrator vacancy after the submittal and Council acceptance of City Administrator Ulrich’s <br />letter of retirement at the last meeting. She stated City Administrator Ulrich’s last day will be May <br />6, 2022. She stated in her experience, most cities outsource recruitment for a City Administrator, <br />which is her recommendation, contrary to prior statements she had made. She stated that she is <br />really busy at this time with HR and City Clerk duties including recruitment for eight positions, <br />redistricting, and elections.
