Commissioner Gengler introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-083 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT <br /> A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD <br /> SETBACK AT THE PROPERTY AT 16165 OLIVINE ST NW <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. Charles Hansen, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", has properly applied for a <br /> Variance to construct a detached accessory building(the"Accessory Building")within <br /> the required front yard setback on the property located at 16165 Olivine St NW and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> THAT PRT OF SE1/4 OF NE1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25 DESC AS FOL: COM <br /> AT NE COR OF SD 1/4 1/4, TH N 89 DEG 15 MIN 46 SEC W ALG N LINE OF SD <br /> 1/4 1/4 270 FT, TH S 0 DEG 29 MIN 11 SEC W 486.18 FT TO POB, T H CONT S 0 <br /> DEG 29 MIN 11 SEC W 225 FT, TH S 89 DEG 30,Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the"Subject Property") <br /> 2. That the proposed Accessory Building would be 30' x 64' feet and 1,920 square feet <br /> in size, would have an exterior finish that is similar to the home, and would include <br /> soffit, fascia, and eave overhangs to match the home. <br /> 5. That the proposed detached building would comply with all other applicable standards <br /> for detached accessory buildings. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> 2. That the proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br /> market value of surrounding properties. <br /> 3. That the proposed use will be constructed so as to be harmonious and appropriate in <br /> appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and such use <br /> will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> 4.
