('ommissioncr Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # HRA-05-03-002 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY-TREASURER FOR THE <br />RAMSEY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HRA) TO DELEGATE <br /> RTA I N I)UTIES TO CITY STAFF AND CONSULTANTS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 8, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-03- <br />072 t() establish a Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on March 22, 2005, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 469, the Housing and <br />l(edevclopment Authority Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution #HRA-05-03-001 to <br />establish by-laws by which it shall be governed; and <br /> <br /> WilEREAS, on March 22, 2005, the HRA Board of Commissioners elected a Chair, <br />\/icc-Chair and Secretary-Treasurer; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the HRA By-Laws state that with a majority approval of the Board of <br />~ ~'otn missioners, the Secretary-Treasurer may delegate duties to City Staff and/or consultants. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF <br />TIlE itOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF <br />R AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Thc Secretary-Treasurer for the Ramsey HtLA is herein authorized to delegate the <br />following duties: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />Recording of meeting minutes to Timesavers, Inc. <br />Custody and maintenance of HRA funds to the City of Ramsey Finance <br />Officer <br /> <br />'l'hc motion tbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Jcl~fi'cy, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />(~hairperson Strommen <br />Commissioner Elvig <br />('ommissioner Jeffrey <br />Com~nissioner Cook <br />Commissioner Gamec <br />Commissioner Pearson <br /> <br />~tnd thc [bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
