FOR <br /> 1.1'. #05-23 EBONY STREET IMPROVMENTS <br /> <br /> WllEREAS, tile Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of plans and <br /> spcci Iic:~ttions for the above referenced work on May 24, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WIlEREAS, tile Ramsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the <br />:~clvcrtisc~ncnt lbr bids for the above referenced work on July 12, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WI i EREAS, bids were opened and tabulated according to law; and <br /> <br /> WI! EREAS, on August 23, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-08- <br />2~5 ~twarclJng thc bid f'or I.P 05-23 Ebony Street to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of <br />$247,795 05, and <br /> <br /> \VIlI~;REAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />~',~'com~cnds partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. the amount of $91,979.48. <br /> <br />5,'OW q'IIEt;H~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />i~AMSI:,Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> Tl~at thc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B.
