RESOLUTION 80-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES ON SIGN PERMIT REQUESTS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby resolves as follows: <br /> <br />That the following schedule of fees for sign permits is <br />established. <br /> <br />All newly constructed on-site business and advertising <br />signs: <br /> $5.00 for the first five square feet; <br /> $ .25 for each additional square foot thereafter. <br /> <br />A minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $25.00 shall apply <br />to each sign. <br /> <br />b. Fees may be waived by the City Council for signs containing <br /> a religious, civic, school or public interest subject. <br /> <br />c. Fees may be changed by City Council resolution. <br /> <br />2. That the attached application for sign permit is hereby <br /> hereby established to be used for sign installation applications. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this 12th day of February, <br />1. 980. <br /> <br /> <br />
