Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-28 RESOLUTION APPROVING OF LAND SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT ALPACA ESTATES 2NDADDITION ~{EREAS, Mr. Jeffrey N. Caine, Registered Land Surveyor No. 12251 State of Minnesota, submitted land surveyors Certificate of Correction to Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition to the City Co~mcil, City of Ramsey, Anoka Coanty, State of l~nnesota. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of Mr. Jeffrey N. Caine, Registered Land Surveyor No~ 12251, State of Minnesota, Land Sur- veyor Certificate of Correction to Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition Plat. Fur- ther, directs the City Administrator/Clerk to sign the above instrument and that it become known as Enclosure (1) to this Coancil resolution and be so indicated in the lower right hand corner "As enclosure (1) to Council Resolution #81- dated April 28, 1981. 2) The City Council directs that the City Administrator/Clerk have the County Surveyor sign the document and that his office be fur- nished a certified copy of this resolution. 3) The City Council further directs that the City's records in regards to the above subject plat reflect these changes by having a cer- tified copy of this resolution and the enclosure (1) appended to it. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann, and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared do2y passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of April, 1981 Mayor ATTEST: ~ ///.C/i~y ydmfni st rat orZC le rk~,~ .........
