Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #8i-51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed a sealco~ting improvement feasibility <br />study be made for: <br /> <br />a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium Street <br /> N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west line of Flintwood <br /> Hills east to its end. <br /> <br />c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of Industry <br /> Avenue N.W. and 152nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 140th Lane <br /> N.W. north to its end. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the proposed sealcoating improvement be referred to <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. for study and that <br />he is instructed to report to the Council with all con- <br />venient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of May, 1981. <br /> <br />~.'¢ :' ~~~f Mayor <br /> ~ s't~aio'r / C ]- erk ~ <br /> /~Admin <br /> <br /> <br />
