Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Council on July 28, 1981, <br />the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost <br />of improving the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 175th Lane N.W. lying between Baugh Street N.W. (County <br /> Road No. 83) and 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />b) 176th Avenue N.W. lying between Baugh Street N.W. <br /> (County Road No. 83) and Marmoset Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 176th Lane N.W. lying between Okapi Street N.W. and <br /> Marmoset Street N.W. <br /> <br />d) Xerus Street N.W. lying between 175th Lane N.W. and <br /> 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />e) Wolverine Street N.W. lying between 173rd Avenue N.W. <br /> (County Road No. 83) and 175th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Vicuna Street N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 176th <br />Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />g) Unicorn Street N.W. lying between 173rd Avenue N.W. <br /> (County Road No. 83) and 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />Rabbit Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 175th <br />Lane N.W. <br /> <br />i) Okapi Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and <br /> 176th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />j) Marmoset Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> and 176th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- <br />posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in- <br />spection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 8th day of September, 1981, <br />in the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at <br />such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- <br />ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> <br />
