Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #82-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID FOR REPLACING THERMO- <br />STATS IN THE FIRE BARN AREA OF THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for replacing the <br />thermostats in the fire barn area of the Ramsey Municipal Center, the <br /> <br />following price quotes were received: <br /> <br /> Bidder <br /> <br /> Lehn Electric <br /> <br /> H.E.C., Inc. <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> $239.00 ($59.75 each) <br /> <br /> $300.00 (four thermostats) <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Lehn Electric bid in the amount <br />of $239.00 had the best price quote. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council accepted the price quote from Lehn <br />Electric in the amount of $239.00 (or $59.75 for each thermostat that <br />needs to be replaced). <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform all who submitted price quotes of their action. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following member(s) were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />wbereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 23rd day of March, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
