Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID FOR MAINTENANCE OF <br />OUTSIDE GROUDNS AT THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for the mainten- <br />ance of the outside grounds at the Ramsey Municipal Center, the follow- <br />ing price quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder Amount of Bid <br /> <br />Mark Zelenak <br /> <br />John's Maintenance SErvice <br /> <br />Harlan Erickson <br /> <br />First Impressions Contracting <br /> <br />Arnold's Ground Maintenance <br /> <br />Ronald Hoeff <br /> <br /> $35/Week <br /> <br />$185/Month <br /> $65/Week <br /> $90/Week <br /> $120/Week <br /> $200/Week <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Mark Zelenak has the best price <br />quote in the amount of $35 per week. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council accepts the price quote from Mark <br />Zelenak in the amount of $35 per week. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform those who bid of the Council action. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br /> Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of May, 1982. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ct{ng -~a'~o ~ ~ - <br />~ ~ i t Y~A~m i n i s~r~oZr / C 1 e r-~- <br /> <br /> <br />
