Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 982-93 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND #200 TO GENERAL <br />FUND ~101 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for the <br />transfer of $49,808.77from the General Revenue Sharing Fund ~200 to the ~eneral <br />Fund #101 to be used as follows: <br /> <br />a) Finishing lower level of Municipal Center and furniture <br />b) Energy saving measures for Ramsey Municipal Center <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby directedthat $49~08.77 be transferred from the <br />General Revenue Sharing Fund #200 to the General Fund #101 to be used for the <br />purpose of covering costs of finishing the lower level of the Ramsey Munic.ipal <br />Center. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy of <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of June, 1982. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of the <br />above referenced resolution: <br /> <br />Gi~y Accountant <br /> <br /> <br />
