Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-96 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Minneapolis is the paying agent <br />for the $815,000 Ramsey, Minnesota G~ O. Improvement Bonds of 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Bank requests that the relationship betWeen the Bank <br />and the City be formalized in the form of a written agreement~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the agreement and concurs with it. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RMASEY~ ANOKA COUNTYg <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City enter into an "agreement relating to paying agency'~ <br />with the First National Bank of Minneapolis and the Mayor and City AdminiStrator/ <br />Clerk are authorized to sign the agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resOlutioni,was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon~ the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann~ Cox and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of June, 1982. <br /> <br />  ~4ayor <br /> ATTEST3_ ~ -- <br /> <br />/ /z~ hereby/acknowledge receipt of the <br />' / above re'ferenced resolution: <br /> <br />Cit~ Accountant <br /> <br /> <br />
