Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-87a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THOMAS NEDRY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City. of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, herein- <br />after referred to as "City", is a municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas Nedry, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", <br />is the owner of the property commonly known as 7501 - 152nd Lane NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 200 feet of the West 600 feet of the South <br />220 feet of the North 660 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br />~f Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, subject to and together with an easement <br />for road purposes over the South 66 feet of the North <br />693 feet lying East of the West 400 feet thereof of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Permittee has made application to the City for a <br />conditional use permit in order to operate a locksmith business on the <br />above described property, which property is located in the City's R-i, <br />residential, zone; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Permittee's application has been properly pro- <br />cessed pursuant to City Code requirements, including a public hearing <br />before the Planning and Zoning Commission and aodption of findings of <br />fact by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) To grant the Permittee a home occupation conditional use <br />permit for the purpose of operating a locksmith business at 7501 - 152nd <br />Lane NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 200 feet of the West 600 feet of the South <br />220 feet of the North 660 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, subject of and together with an easement <br />for road purposes over the South 66 feet of the North <br />693 feet lying East of the West 400 feet thereof of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2) That this conditional use permit is granted conditioned <br />and contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) That the Permittee shall allow no on-street parking. <br /> <br />b) That the Permittee shall not advertise retail sales <br /> of equipment as a part of this home occupation. <br /> <br />Page i of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
